Purpose of Role:

To effectively manage the warehousing and distribution operations. To prepare CAPEX and budget requirements, ensure that all warehousing operations are being managed within QA and HSE guidelines/policy and to achieve set productivity targets.

Areas of Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

1 Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision, Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization

2 Manage Product receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations. Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures

3 Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements. maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security

4 Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system. Prepare annual budget & strategy plan, Liaise with clients

5 Plan work routes, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results. Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employees

6 Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc.), Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided

7 Create and communicate a compelling supply chain vision that maximizes the value of operation to create a competitive advantage

8 Coordinate and monitor warehouse Inbound/outbound activities and ensure 100% SOP compliance. Enforce company policies.

9 Control inventory level by conducting physical count on daily basis and report deficiencies if any.

10 Ensure flawless safe warehouse operation by conducting safety sessions, coaching and training of warehouse staff. Also Control and monitor handling cost on daily basis and advise staff to arrange resources in orderly manner to optimize per unit cost.

Key Skills/Experience Required:

· At least 5-7 years’ experience of key position in any one of the following functions:

· Hands on experience and knowledge of Warehousing, Physical Logistics (Inbound/outbound) and Sales Distribution function for Food & Beverages category.

· SAP (Technical & Production stream), Knowledge of SAP functionality for Manufacturing, Warehousing/ MH.

· Experienced in developing and managing the various business reports Budget, RIG (OG&VG) Stock reports, Sales Report trends, Stock Reconciliation, scenarios building & analysis reports etc.

· Experience/exposure of National & Multinational Organization

· Experience in strategic & Operational management

· Experience in other relevant functional areas like Sales and Finance

· Warehouse Inbound and Outbound Operation

· Warehouse inventory Management

· Efficient space utilization in Warehouse

· Warehouse Safety & Quality Standards

· E2E Supply Chain Management

Qualification:

· MBA/BBA in Supply Chain/Engineering/Economics or any other degree in related field
